Waiting on Wednesday ~ A Heart so Fierce and Broken

July 3, 2019 Misc. 6

BMR,WaitWednesdayWaiting on Wednesday is a meme hosted by Breaking the Spine. Now called Can’t Wait Wednesday hosted by Wishful Endings. It’s where we display a book that we can’t wait to read because it sounds so good. 🙂

Find the heir, win the crown.
The curse is finally broken, but Prince Rhen of Emberfall faces darker troubles still. Rumors circulate that he is not the true heir and that forbidden magic has been unleashed in Emberfall. Although Rhen has Harper by his side, his guardsman Grey is missing, leaving more questions than answers.

Win the crown, save the kingdom.
Rumored to be the heir, Grey has been on the run since he destroyed Lilith. He has no desire to challenge Rhen–until Karis Luran once again threatens to take Emberfall by force. Her own daughter Lia Mara sees the flaws in her mother’s violent plan, but can she convince Grey to stand against Rhen, even for the good of Emberfall?

The heart-pounding, compulsively readable saga continues as loyalties are tested and new love blooms in a kingdom on the brink of war.

I can’t believe I am posting about a book for 2020! I just couldn’t help it though when I seen they had a cover for it! It will be on my most anticipated list as it’s the sequel to A Curse so Dark and Lonely which I read at the end of last year (though it was released this year)! I loved it and I am curious to see how the rest of the trilogy or series (not sure which but usually YA have a lot of  trilogies) will go! The first book was pretty much Beauty and the Beast but now I think it’s going to be more into just fantasy and not a retelling so I am curious how that will work for me. 🙂 Give it to me now! 😉 🙂

So what book are you waiting on?
