BMR,Friday's MemeSince there are a few Friday Meme’s that I want to participate in I have decided to post them all in one post.

featurefollowFeature and Follow Friday is hosted by Alison Can Read and Parajunkee.

If you had the money what would your own personal library look like? What would be in it? What colors, decorations, etc would you put in it? – Suggested byThe Realm of Books

Wow, this is kind of hard, so I picked two different styles because I want something large and fun, but I also picked out a reading nook just for myself to enjoy some of my favorite books and some from my TBR pile. 🙂

A secret government unit, a group of renegade paranormal investigators… and a murder no one else can crack.

Though haunted by the recent deaths of two teammates, Jackson Crow knows that the living commit the most heinous crimes.

A police officer utilizing her paranormal intuition, Angela Hawkins already has her hands full of mystery and bloodshed.

But one assignment calls to them too strongly to resist. In a historic mansion in New Orleans’s French Quarter, a senator’s wife falls to her death. Most think she jumped; some say she was pushed. And yet others believe she was beckoned by the ghostly spirits inhabiting the house — once the site of a serial killer’s grisly work.

In this seemingly unsolvable case, only one thing is certain: whether supernatural or all too human, crimes of passion will cast Jackson and Angela into danger of losing their lives… and their immortal souls.

I have been wanting to start this series for a while now so just decided to grab the first one and

The house on Dauphine

“Mommy.” She had dozed, Regina Holloway thought. Sheer exhaustion from the work she engaged in at the house on Dauphine Street. Sheer exhaustion had finally allowed her to drift off to sleep. The word, the whisper, was something she had conjured in her mind; she had been so desperate to hear it spoken again.

Chapter One

Jackson Crow sat staring at the pile of dossiers before him. This was the first meeting with the man on the other side of the desk: Adam Harrison, white haired, dignified, slim and a taste for designer suits.

The prologue is about a child ghost so more interesting that that little snippet. Chapter one is the start of Jackson getting his assignment to go ghost hunting or prove it wasn’t a   I have just started this book last night and I haven’t gotten far but I can’t wait to dive in. 🙂

Friday 56

The Friday 56 is hosted by Freda @ Freda’s Voice. It’s like Tuesday  Teaser but  you have a specific place in your read that you have to turn in your read (page 56 or 56%) to get your teaser.

He sipped his brandy, “It does seem as if she was devoted to her husband, and as if she had determined to put her life to good use. That speaks against suicide. But then again, the loss of a child might have made her snap.”

“But that kind of snap? Going over a balcony?” Regina asked.

“That’s what we’re here to find out.” he told her.

They are investigating what happened in the prologue as a woman dies and it’s a bit unexplained.

Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer.  Each week we are asked a question to answer so it reminds me a bit of FF and so I thought it made a good fit to my other Friday Memes.

  1. Great choices. I think those large library’s would be awesome. I also thinking you would need a little nook for reading. I know I would spend hours just having to choose my next book. I haven’t read Heather Graham but I’ve read her pen name I think. I hope you enjoy your book.

  2. So there was an accident that really was a murder and the guy went over the balcony. I’m in. i want to know more.

I too listen to audiobooks. I have two going right now. That is tough to do since it means switching disks, etc. I just finished listening to To Kill a Mockingbird.

  3. I think I’d enjoy this one a lot. I like Heather Graham.
I also like Jack Kilborn. His book, Afraid, was pretty wicked.
    Happy weekend!
