Since there are a few Friday Meme’s that I want to participate in I have decided to post them all in one post.
Feature and Follow Friday is hosted by Alison Can Read and Parajunkee.
If you could write a book what would it be about? – Suggested by Go Book Yourself.
Well, I am currently working on two…very different kinds but both paranormal. One is a horror working title is Pelt: A Devil’s Curse…it’s about a guy who renovates houses and loves the unique and haunting variety and gets a bit more than he asked for when he buys what people call the Devil’s house. Not only is it haunted but buried in the wall is a wolf’s pelt that will end up being his worst nightmare.
Then I have an untitled Molly Abbott cozy mystery that I am wanting to base it around an enchanted town that only if your a paranormal creature can you find it. Thought about calling the town Paranormal but not sure if that is to cliched…lol. Any way, Molly ends up moving there when she needs a change and she inherits her grandmothers home. She has no problem finding the place which means she is a paranormal but she doesn’t know it…but soon finds out. When she goes to try and find work at the library she finds the librarian dead and everyone thinks she done it since she is new in town and they don’t really trust strangers.
I just really need to discipline myself and write them. 🙂 Just a little afraid they will suck….lol.
Do either of those sound some what interesting?
Book Beginnings is hosted by Rose City Reader. Take the first sentence of your current read and post it.
After losing almost all of her clients in one fell swoop following an accident involving whipped cream, private chef to Hollywood’s elite Roxie Callahan gets a call from her flighty mother, saying she’s needed home in upstate New York to run the family diner. Once she’s back in the Hudson Valley, local organic farmer Leo delivers Roxie a lovely bunch of walnuts, and soon sparks—and clothing—begin to fly. Leo believes that everything worth doing is worth doing slowly…and how! But will Roxie stay upstate, or will the lure of West Coast redemption tempt her back to Tinseltown?
Just started this one a day ago and I am at 22% and I can see it’s going to be a funny one.
I guess I would have to see poured polished concrete to know if I would like it or not. 🙂

The Friday 56 is hosted by Freda @ Freda’s Voice. It’s like Tuesday Teaser but you have a specific place in your read that you have to turn in your read (page 56 or 56%) to get your teaser.
Officially, I came up with a clever comeback. Officially, I offered some witty banter to keep things light and flirty. Officially, I shot down every butterfly crouton that was fluttering around inside me.
There is a reason he calls her Sugar Snap which is pretty funny. 🙂

Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. Each week we are asked a question to answer so it reminds me a bit of FF and so I thought it made a good fit to my other Friday Memes.
Anne
Cool stuff! I like the idea about a wolf’s pelt being buried into a wall :).
New follower on Twitter and Bloglovin’!
Stormi
Oh I am glad you like that idea. 🙂
Yvonne
This sounds really good.
Stormi
So far it’s pretty funny.
Theresa (The Truth About Books
Thank you for stopping by my blog. Both of the books sound awesome since paranormal is my favorite genre. I would read them when you get them finished.
Old follower on Twitter.
Stormi
Oh that is good, some times I worry my ideas sound horrid…lol. 🙂
Elizabeth (Silver's Reviews)
I use blogger and prefer blogger.
I have no idea how I would transfer everything to Word Press even if I wanted to. 🙂
Have good weekend.
Happy Hopping!!

I had to have lots of help…lol. Some times I wish I would have stayed on Blogger. 🙂
Laurel-Rain Snow
I have been eyeing this book…I like the sound of it! Thanks for sharing…and here’s mine: “SECRET SISTERS”
Stormi
It’s funny. 🙂
Stina @ Once Untold
Both book ideas sound amazing! I’m especially interesting in the mystery and I’m not a huge mystery fan, so when one catches my attention I’m almost 100% going to love it. And yours is just an idea right now. I hope you eventually decide to write it. I would love to read it!
Stormi
Oh, thanks for your feedback on my ideas. It helps me want to write them more. 🙂
Kathy Martin
This does sound like a funny one. This week I am spotlighting The Secrets of the Heart by Kasey Michaels which had gotten lost on my TBR mountain. Happy reading!
Stormi
It has had me laughing out loud a few times. 🙂
Sandra Nachlinger
NUTS sounds like the kind of book I love. That’s a great title!
I’m bogged down in my writing too. It’s so easy to get discouraged and lose confidence. My advice is to keep working on your books. I like the premises of both stories. They sound like ideas I haven’t seen before – especially PELT. Don’t give up!
My Friday post features THE LOCKET.
Stormi
It is a real funny read.
Nicole
Sounds like it would have too many intense romance scenes for me. Happy Friday!
Stormi
I am at 33% not romance yet but lots of sexual innuendos…boarding on getting old real fast, but it’s really funny.
Katherine @ I Wish I Lived in a Library
I really meant to read Nuts but just haven’t made it work. It does sound great and I love the teasers. I’m still with Blogger and it’s probably best since I’m definitely not an HTML expert and at this point don’t have the patience to learn. Good luck with your writing. The paranormal cozy sounds really interesting but I can see how it would be difficult to name the town!
Stormi
I am in Caffeinated Book Review’s online book club at this was this months choice. It’s not bad but not really my choice of reading, but it’s funny. I just don’t read a lot of contemporary romances.
Brooke @BlackMutts
I use WordPress and have a wicked time trying to comment on all the non-Wordpress blogs (especially hate that that Disqus program that claims to link to Twitter, facebook, and google, refuses to actually link to my Twitter). Basically, the whole thing makes me feel even older than I am.
The advice I see from all the writers out there is to write it, and give the first draft permission to suck, because the first draft of everything usually does- then go back and polish it up without being discouraged.
Stormi
Oh that Disqus thing really angers me some times. 🙂 Thanks for the feedback about writing. 🙂
Laura Thomas
How could this not be a fun read. Look at the title! LOL
Freda
LOL cheeky 56! Love it!
Happy weekend!
RAnn
That’s funny because I have no problem with Disqus but sometimes WordPress’s commenting bugs me.
Kristine
I love your book ideas and I hope you do get around to finishing them! I know it’s scary because people may not like them, but someone will and the only way to become a better writer is to keep doing it. I look forward to seeing your books published in the future. 🙂
My Feature and #FF
Rachel
Wow. That’s great that you’re already working on a book. Good luck with that!
Lauren @ Always Me
I don’t know if this is for me, but it does sounds funny!
