BMR,Friday's MemeSince there are a few Friday Meme’s that I want to participate in I have decided to post them all in one post.

You can only eat one cuisine type for the rest of your life. Which would you choose? (E.g. Italian, French, Greek, Mexican, Chinese, Indian etc…) – Suggested byJourney Through Fiction

This is a tough question because I can’t just choose one..lol. I love Italian and Chinese so it would have to be one of those or maybe a trade off..I don’t think I could ever just eat one the rest of my life..ugh. 🙂

Night terror

Enter the world of Nightlife, where the streets crawl with unimaginable demons, and a monster can lurk behind every friendly face…

Matthew Quinn Martin first terrified horror fans with Nightlife, the captivating story of two unlikely monster hunters determined to save the city of New Harbor from the Night Angels—bloodthirsty creatures that feed on the forgotten. Jack Jackson and Beth Becker are among the few who can see these creatures for what they really are, but as they hunt the creatures, a mysterious organization known only as The Division is hunting them.

In the novella Hazardous Material, we get a glimpse of The Division’s origins and aims, when a young man stumbles onto a long-abandoned video arcade—which three decades ago was the site of the largest mass shooting in New York history—and unwittingly uncovers a relic of unimaginable power and mind-altering terror.

And in the never-before-released As the Worm Turns, Jack and Beth are back, along with their faithful dog, Blood. For months they’ve been keeping just one step ahead of The Division, whose enigmatic leader has been pursuing them with the single-minded obsession to capture them by any means necessary. But as Jack and Beth continue their quest to rid the world of the creatures once and for all they find themselves facing off against something even more terrifying than the Night Angels––something that could hold the key to humanity’s salvation…or its doom.

Three amazing horror stories in one chilling bundle…the only thing you won’t fear is the price!

I have read Nightlife so I just now started reading As the Worms Turn. These worms are vampire like creatures and very creepy! I just started so I am not very far in but I enjoyed the first one so I am hoping this one will be just as interesting and creepy.

Beth shifted in her seat. The ancient truck had no air-conditioning, and her short-sleeved gingham top was sweat-soaked. She leaned forward; the skin on the back of her bare arms peeled from the vinyl with a sticking pinch. “You’re sure you’ve found it?” she asked Jack. “The den?”

They have tracked a creature and are about to take it out..now that is a way to start a book..lol.

Friday 56

The Friday 56 is hosted by Freda @ Freda’s Voice. It’s like Tuesday  Teaser but  you have a specific place in your read that you have to turn in your read (page 56 or 56%) to get your teaser.

Thorne opened her mouth. Then just as swiftly shut it with a clack that echoed in the hallow room. “A vampire? Like, with fangs and a cape and all that? Sleeps in a coffin? Hypnotizes virgins? Turns into a bat? Drinks blood? That kind of vampire?”

“Fangs, yes. Blood, yes,” Ross answered, his voice as flat as imported tile. “The rest is bunk.

Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer.  Each week we are asked a question to answer so it reminds me a bit of FF and so I thought it made a good fit to my other Friday Memes.

If you are in a book club, where do you meet? A restaurant, someone’s home, the library? If you aren’t in a book club, why not?

No, I am not in a book club but that is because there is not any around me that I know of and I am not an organizer to try and make one..lol.

Awwww….too bad there isn’t one around you.

There is a book club in my neighborhood that I didn’t know about but found out about the other night. I would like to join in, but I am already in two book clubs, and this neighborhood book meets on the same night that my regular book club meets.

Check your library to see if they have a book club??? Ours does.

    ENJOY your weekend.

    Happy Hopping!!

I love horror and I read the first one in this series last year so I am curious to see how this one goes down. 🙂

I have never checked with the near by library, cause it’s not in the same town as I am, but I could check..never know. 🙂 I’m a bit of a horror fan, I like my vampires more with some bite than sparkles..hehehe. 🙂

My husband and I were just talking about the bad-old-days when you would hop into a parked car on a summer day and burn your legs and arms on the vinyl seats. Sounds like out character is dealing with the same thing in the opening sequence. Ha!
