So to be honest I did pretty bad this week and didn’t really exercise as much as I keep telling myself I am going too. 🙁
I decided I was going to use my dad’s treadmill and get some walking in since it is way to cold to go outside, but it wouldn’t work. 🙁 I don’t know what is wrong with it but I think it’s because it needs new batteries because it was plugged in but nothing would turn on. 🙁 I hope it’s just the batteries because I was really hoping to use it a lot and make a desk to go over it so I could walk and work on computer at the same time.
I got on my elliptical twice but it’s really hard on my knee and really hard for this overweight lady and I can do about two minutes before feeling like I am dead..lol.
Yesterday I found Jennifer Lopez’s body lab and it has little workouts for beginners and so I did one of those. It was lifting with free weights and running in place, things like that. It didn’t sound like much till I tried doing it..lol.
So I did get my butt moving a bit this week but just not enough to do any good. Baby steps. 🙂
