A Month of Giving Thanks ~Day 29 ~Blogger
I have seen this done on Felicia @ Geeky Blogger blog and then I seen Berls and Michelle do it as well. As you can see Michelle gave me her button to use as I decided I wanted to do something this year.
Here is what you will see all month long on Books, Movies, Reviews. Oh my! I will be mentioning varies Bloggers, Authors, and Narrators on my blog. There could be more than one post a day as I think I came up with a list that went over 30 days. I also know that I can’t possibly mention every blogger, author or narrator I know all in thirty days so please don’t be upset if you didn’t get a mention cause if this goes over well and I find I liked doing it there is always next year. 🙂
Hi and welcome to One Reader’s Thoughts, a blog mainly about books but with a few other bits thrown in as and when the mood strikes.
There is no particular rhyme or reason to what I read, or when I read things, it’s all down to the mood I’m in and, sometimes, what is on the shelves at the local library or on sale on Amazon (I am an ebook convert). I do hold my hands up to having a love of crime fiction and anything by Margaret Attwood but there is little I won’t read if I’m honest, or at least try to.
When I’m done with a book, I’ll share my thoughts, good, bad or indifferent. The books might be new, old, fiction or non-fiction. And that’s my plan in a nutshell. Hopefully, you’ll find amongst them books you fancy reading yourself, or may have read and completely disagree with me on, which is fine. I’d love to hear your thoughts either way.
And the “other bits”? Things I love doing when I have the time – making meals from scratch, Taking photos (of the point and click vs. carefully composed shot variety), attempting to be crafty, and spending time wandering about ruined castles and stately homes.
And that’s me and my blog. Thanks for stopping by!
I have only just found Emma’s blog a few months ago when I was searching for more blogs that like to read mysteries. Since then I have visited her blog regularly and really like her reviews. I have added some great mysteries to my TBR pile. If you like mysteries and thrillers it’s a great blog to check out!
