The Week in Review is where I combine Stacking the Shelves, The Sunday Post and It’s Monday! What are you reading? If you have never joined in on these meme’s you can check them out by clicking on the meme and it will take you to the host blog.
Not much to talk about this week. I still have a bit of a raspy voice now and then and the cough but feeling much better. I have three more days of work then I am off on winter break till Jan. 18th, but at least I got a call back date and that wasn’t the end of my seasonal work. With seasonal work at Scholastic call center you really never know as it depends on how busy they are. I also could go back early if they need help as I have to call every Thursday I am off and see if my call back date is still Jan. 18th.
Don’t forget to sign up for any of the challenges I am hosting. You can click the links in my nav bar to go to sign up page. Winter Coyer will be starting soon on Dec. 19th! 🙂
The weather has been really nice this past week, so I am not looking forward to the colder weather coming up next week that will begin with rain…blah.

Hope your voice continues to get better. I just listened to Wolf Trouble and I really liked it. I’ve got book three next on my list.
I have book three on my list too, so I thought I best get this one listened too…lol.
I hope your voice will get back to normal, and that you’ll shake this cold, Stormi!
Congrats on not getting and ARCs this week 😉
I hope you’ll enjoy all your new books – they look really good. Have a wonderful week and happy reading.
Me too, it’s frustrating. I seem to do well with ARC’s one week and horrible the next…so we shall see…lol.
Oh, I have lost my voice in the past, a few times—when we talk for a living, as I did, and it sounds like you do, too—we can pay the price.
Enjoy your books…I have my eye on Ashley Bell.
Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES
Yeah, and it is frustrating when they are like can you speak louder and I am like I am…errr.
Yay for feeling better despite the raspy voice! Hopefully that will go back to normal soon. And double yay for the getting a call back date! That’s got to be a relief. Enjoy your time off though! You did good on the not much book getting. I got a Heather Graham audio from the library but I haven’t started listening to it yet. I enjoy her books so I’m looking forward to trying the audio for one. Have a great week!
I am working my way down the series from the beginning as I don’t like skipping so I got a ways to go…lol…as I am only on book three. 🙂 I really like the audio, Luke Daniels is a great narrator (though someone different did book one).
Woot for a break! I hope you feel better and can enjoy your break. And congrats on not getting books from NG and EW, you’re making progress. 🙂 Enjoy your break and happy reading!
Yeah that NG and EW is like one step forward and two steps back….lol. I try though. 🙂
Are you enjoying Ashley Bell? I really need to get started on it. Glad you are feeling better.
I got side tracked by a cozy mystery but what I have read so far is interesting. 🙂
So now you have sexy voice 🙂 Might make more sells that way. lol
Glad you are feeling better! Hope they keep you on for a while longer.
YAY no Netgalley books!
Have a great week, Stormi! Happy Reading! ox
Well, I don’t think it’s sexy and everyone thinks I am a guy cause I have a deeper voice that a lot of woman any way and this doesn’t help…lol. 🙂
I hope you’ll feel completely better soon! That’s neat you got a call back date and can work a bit more next year. I am looking forward to hear what you think of Death Crashes the Party, I read it a few weeks ago. And I am so excited about coyer starting next week! Have a great week!
I have so many cozies…I have gone cozy crazy..between ebooks and audios…lol.
That’s a nice break, time off this time of year is always nice. We’ve been warm too but it’s going to go back to 30’s I guess later this week. Oh joy.
Yeah, I am hoping to do some blogging ahead and working on my writing in my time off and try and organize..I am so disorganized…lol
I hope you feel better soon and it will be nice to be on a break (to rest). I have to get caught up on Heather Graham’s books. I only read one and really liked it. I hope you have a great week!
Thanks, I don’t feel bad but would just like to be completely over everything..the cough lingers..ugh. Well, this is only my third Heather Graham book in the Krewe of Hunters series..so behind…lol.
You to are amazing! You always get so much posted, it is inspiring. I am super curious about Ashley Belle. I haven’t read Koontz for over a decade, but I am sure he still rocks. I hope you enjoy all your read this week!
The holiday break is a nice long one! Glad you get to go back too. Dang, I missed The Krampus Chronicles. Wavering and will probably nab it anyway. LOL And happy to hear you are on the mend!
I’m so glad you’re feeling better!! I’ll be checking out The Krampus Chronicles for sure! Enjoy your new books!
I’ll be interested to see what you think of Ashley Bell. Glad you are feeling better.
