BMR,OHMy (1)The Week in Review is where I combine Stacking the Shelves, The Sunday Post and It’s Monday! What are you reading?  If you have never joined in on these meme’s you can check them out by clicking on the meme and it will take you to the host blog.

Not much going on here, but the weather has been absolutely wonderful! We had three days in the 70’s!! I love it though I am sure others would rather it be colder. I went for a walk in my t-shirt and capris in February! 🙂

Happy to report that my Weight Watchers is going pretty good. I am starting my 5 week and I am down 7 pounds. I was a little discouraged with my last weigh in cause I gained but then when I weighed on Thursday I lost what I gained and a little more so I was happy again. 🙂 I am still figuring out  the best way to work the plan. 🙂 I am also doing a lot better getting in my steps. 🙂

I set my goal for 5,000 steps and I rockedt this week, so I might up my goal a little. 🙂

  1. Glad to hear you’re doing great with your steps and weight loss. It goes up and down, especially at first while you’re just figuring things out. Don’t be too hard on yourself. I’ve also found that you can’t be too hard on yourself if you miss your step count one day. I try to make sure that as long as I’ve met my step goal for the week. So if you’re short one day, maybe make a few extra steps the next day. Also don’t feel you have to make it up all in one day. Also, missing one week won’t kill you. Good luck. 🙂

  2. 70’s sounds so good. We were in high 50’s yesterday but the sun was out and that felt good, 70’s would be awesome though. Soon… I hope. Lots of good looking new books- Flipped for Murder looks fun, and Northwoods looks like a trip.

    Looking forward your cozy reviews!

  3. Montgomery Manor looks good. I like the creepy cover. Skeleton Garden looks like it’ll be a fun read. I’m so far behind in Marty Wingate’s books that I might end up reading this before it’s release and then go back and get caught up. Great job on your steps! We’ve had warmer weather here too but I’m so wimpy about temperatures I’m still in jeans and a sweater! Have a great week!

  4. We had pretty shitty weathere here this week, the water froze, we had raina nd lots of wind today. I hope you’ll enjoy Flipped for Murder! I read it last year and really enjoyed it.
I also hate reading a series out of order as I always feel like I miss something when I do that. How was Pies and Prejudice? I own that book, but haven’t read it yet. I hope you’ll have a great week!

  5. I know you always start a series at the beginning. And here I am, jumping in anywhere. LOL We sure do have similar taste in books. Wish we lived close by each other so we could meet and chat books:)

  6. It is great that you got back on track with your Weight Watchers plan. Now that the weather has been better somedays I have been able to get out and do some power walking. I was doing the stairs at work instead of taking the elevator, but my knees said no this year. Ha ha! Have a fabulous week!

  7. Congrats on the weight lose. Montgomery Manor looks awesome. Have you read book 1? Can’t wait to hear your thoughts. I as stuck in Night Vale right now and I am nit finding it a nice place to visit. Hope you have a great week.

  8. Glad to hear you smashed your step goals. Keep up the great work. I would rather start at the beginning of a series, but sometimes it really doesn’t matter. Hope you enjoy it.

  9. Lots of 4 and 5 star reads this past week! That’s awesome! And I’m super jealous of your weather. Here in NJ though it got into the 50s this weekend and I was able to go for two long walks in the park! Yay! That’s my favorite thing to do, as I listen to podcasts and audiobooks while I walk. Congrats on your WW progress! That’s excellent. 🙂

  10. The weather here has been relatively mild, although it was very overcast and gloomy this weekend – but no rain! :/ Congratulations on your weight loss! I have been maintaining my weight these last few years, but I’m hoping that some changes will start helping me slim down. Right now I can’t do it due to time (thank you, public education), but I want to start doing kickboxing.
