Monthly Report ~ September

October 6, 2020 Misc. 4

So you might have noticed that I never did a July or August wrap up…well…um oops…lol. Actually I had made an August one and then it got erased and I didn’t want to do it again…lol.  So I will just mention that in July I read 21 and my favorite was Peace Talks and in August I read 20 and my favorite was probably The Language of Ghost.

Okay so in September I read/listen 21 book (one was a re-listen that I listened to on a fast speed just trying to acquaint myself with the story since a Netflix show is coming out…lol). This year I have read/listened to a total of 170 books. (although my Goodreads goal doesn’t reflect that as…I am such a bad reviewer this year!)

5 print, 5 ebooks and 11 audiobooks

10 horrors(3 middle grade, 1 YA), 7 mysteries(4 cozies, 1 middle grade, 1 historical, 1 YA), 1 contemporary romance, 1 graphic novel, 1 steampunk, 1 YA contemporary, 1 middle grade

One 5 stars, nine 4 stars, one 3.5 stars, five 3 stars, two 2.5 stars and three 2 stars

Lots of duds this go around…lol.

Where I got them:

NetGalley: 4

Edelweiss: 2

From Publisher/Author/Publicist: 5

Borrowed/Library/Hoopla: 10

What I read/listened to in the month of September

Can you finish a series in a month? – I listened to the last three book in the Supper Club mystery series by Ellery Adams.

COYER – 78 books (Books that are free or nearly free and most of these counted are probably eARCs or audiobooks from authors or publishers)

What I hope to get to in October

It’s read all the spooky books month!! 🙂
