A copy of Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them resides in almost every wizarding household in the country. Now Muggles too have the chance to discover where the Quintaped lives, what the Puffskein eats and why it is best not to leave milk out for a Knarl.
Proceeds from the sale of this book will go to Comic Relief, which means that the pounds and Galleons you exchange for it will do magic beyond the powers of any wizard. If you feel that this is insufficient reason to part with your money, I can only hope that passing wizards feel more charitable if they see you being attacked by a Manticore.

Here is what I thought

This is a fantastic listen for anyone who loves Harry Potter! I am not an extreme fan but I had been wanting to read this one for a while so I am glad I had the opportunity to listen to it.

Newt Scamander gives us a run down of all the magical beings that are in the Harry Potter world.

I must say that if you like audios that you should really get this one on audio because not only do we get Eddie Redmayne’s voice but they have added a lot of extras to it that just makes it a really fun listen. You really just need to listen to it! Great listen!

Recommend if you like

Anything related to the Harry Potter world.

The Narrator

Eddie Redmayne does a fantastic job with narrating this short book. They put a lot into this to make it a fun short read by adding some great effects.

  1. We started watching the movie for this one. I might pick up the book at some point. So far I am enjoying the movie and it’s nice to get a different glimpse of the HP universe.
